Title: Partially fermented must.

Variety: 100% Syrah grapes grown in our "Finca Los Cerrillos" following ancient artisanal traditions.

Vineyards: 10 hectares of Syrah vineyards, with an average age of 30 years.

Winemaking: The product is obtained from the natural fermentation of Syrah grapes, stopping its alcoholic fermentation at its maximum development of aromas and flavours through a cold treatment process, thus reaching a level of 8% vol. Alcohol.

Number of bottles produced: 10,000 units.

Dishes: Patés, nuts, foie and some desserts.

Serving temperature: 8℃-10℃.

Optimum consumption time: Up to 1 year and a half after bottling.

Comment: Seductive violet tones, with raspberry hints, where vividness and freshness is obvious. Original aromas of fresh juice arising from the partial fermentation of the variety itself. We find fruits like cassis and blackcurrant. Friendly sweet hints, mixed with original bubbles, that together with a crisp acidity make it an absolute delight..
